The company was conferred with the National Award 2005 for “Successful Commercialisation of Bt cotton Technology” during November 2005, by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India.

Recognising the services of Mr. M. Ramasami in the field of agriculture for the cause of farming community, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore conferred him with "Velanmai Semmal" award.
