Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare the annual regional sales and promotional budget by conducting territory-wise market analysis, defining sales tactics, and proposing actionable plans aligned with business objectives.
Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans based on market potential, ensuring effective implementation of promotional activities such as farmer meetings, demonstrations, and optimal placement and positioning of promotional materials.
Monitor and control the collection plan to ensure adherence to targets, review outstanding issues in coordination with the Finance team, and implement corrective actions in consultation with Zonal Managers.
Review and evaluate distributor performance on a regular basis and recommend changes or improvements to enhance market coverage and efficiency.
Analyze regional profitability, identify areas requiring improvement, and ensure timely execution of corrective and growth-oriented initiatives.
Ensure that Product Development (PD) trials are conducted effectively by respective Territory Managers (TMs) in line with company guidelines.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with all channel partners, including distributors, dealers, and key influencers.
Ensure the successful launch of new products by planning and conducting technical and field-level training programs for the field staff.
